Kulawat Wongsaroj and Kamon Treetampinij are Agile coaches with more than 17+ years of unique experiences on Enterprise Agile transformation. We found Lean In Consulting in 2014 and we have been helping various enterprises such as SCG, Roach Diagnostics, Krungsri Auto, PTT Digital, SCB, Bank of Thailand, DTAC, Ascend Group, FWD, DST, and Thomson Reuters in adopting Agile through training, coaching and consulting. We are the key Lean-Agile evangelist who pioneer Agile adoption inThailand. We regularly speaks in major Agile conferences both local and international such as Agile Thailand, Agile Tour Bangkok, Lean Kanban Central Europe, Lean Agile London and Lean Agile Global. 

In 2019, we co-found Flight Levels Academy with Klaus Leopold and other Agile coaches from around the world to help shifting the industry focus from team agility to business agility.

On the community side, Kulawat and Kamon were the lead translators of the Official Agile Manifesto Translation project for Thai language and also the co-founder of Agile66, the largest Agile community in South East Asia. We are the major contributors of flagship annual Agile conferences in Thailand which are Agile Thailand and Agile Tour Bangkok hosting more than 300 people in each conference since 2012.
